Foods to Avoid Pregnancy

Bad habit of eating foods that are low quality or so-called junk food, like donuts, french fries, food made from chocolate, and candy is something that really should be avoided during pregnancy.

Some scientists like Stephanie Bayol and Neil Stickland from the Royal Veterinary College in London who has conducted studies and research over the years showed that low-quality food consumption during pregnancy could cause long term damage to the fetus or child.
